I visited the same bluddy park 2 weeks ago on Tenerife!
Maybe we were there at the same time.
If you want to take these kind of pictures you need to have a very short exposure time. You used 1/160 sec. I think I used 1/1000 to make it sharp.
With that short exposure you need to be able to push the ISO higher too to compensate for the less light. Doing that can on the other hand cause noise but that can be handled in post editing if needed be.
Here is one example:

(no noise reduction used and the ISO was 640!)
Now on yours the composition is great but the blur takes it down a little due to the above...
I'd also suggest cropping it much tighter to the main action...
